- Campground closes Open; reopens TBD. Many campsites are available for reservations all year . Water will be turned on. Beach access and restrooms are open all year. Due to the dynamic nature of costal parks, some sites may experience seasonal flooding. These sites are first come, first served from Nov .1 - April 15 and are non-refundable: First come, first served seasonal campsites: 2,3, 7, 9-12, 14, 17-23, 29-31, 37-42, 51-53, 57-6
