- Campground closes Partial; reopens TBD. Woodard Creek Campground (R1-R5, A and B) is reservable year round . Sites R1-R5 are full hookup (water, power and sewer) Sites A and B are standard site without hookups. Upper Campground (sites HB1 and 2-26) is closed Oct. 1 - March 31. Hiker/biker site HB1 is first-come, first-served April 1 - Oct. 15. Standard sites 2-26 are reservable April 1 - Oct. 15. Group Camp is open for reservations Apri
